2. What this website is for

This is an informational business website. We use it to present our services to sportsbook operators, brands and businesses, and to let you get in touch with us. Nothing on this site is a betting service: we do not accept, place, broker or settle bets, and we do not operate a gambling platform. We build software and content products for the companies that do.

3. Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system;
• introduce malware or any other harmful code;
• scrape, copy or reuse substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written consent;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages or unlawful content.

4. Information on this website

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it for general information only. Descriptions of our services, feature lists and visuals are indicative. Screens shown in phone mock-ups are illustrations of what a product can look like, not a guarantee of a specific deliverable.

Prices shown as “starting from” are indicative entry-level prices, exclusive of VAT. They are not a binding offer. The actual price for a project depends on its scope and is set out in a written quotation.

Sending a message through our contact form, requesting pricing or booking a demo does not create a contract and puts you under no obligation. Any engagement between us only comes into being once we have both signed a written agreement or you have accepted a written quotation. That agreement, together with our commercial terms, then governs the work — these website terms do not.

The design, text, code, logo and other content of this website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Betmanbegins name and logo are our trade marks. You may view and print pages for your own use and share links to them. Any other use — reproducing, modifying, distributing or republishing content — requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks that may appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
